UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan addresses the inaugural session of the newly created Human Rights Council at the United Nations' European headquarters in Geneva, June 19, 2006.
After a rousing speech which had the entire group mesmerized Kofi Annan was seen picking his nose.
"This is freakin' ridiculous!", said Japan's Foreign Minister Taro Aso, "The guy is like, I'm the best and then he makes a complete ass of himself by digging for gold!".
President Bush, when asked for comment, couldn't stop giggling.
